摘　　要：目的研究朱砂七总蒽醌对人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法应用MTT法检测朱砂七总蒽醌对SMMC-7721细胞生长的抑制作用,HE染色法和末端缺失原位标记(TUNEL)法观察朱砂七总蒽醌对SMMC-7721细胞凋亡的影响。结果朱砂七总蒽醌能明显抑制SMMC-7721细胞的增殖,且呈剂量和时间依赖;HE染色和TUNEL法显示:朱砂七总蒽醌作用SMMC-7721细胞后,可见典型的凋亡细胞的形态学特征。结论朱砂七总蒽醌能抑制SMMC-7721细胞的增殖,诱导细胞调亡可能是其发挥抗肿瘤作用的机制之一。Objective： To study the effects of ZSQ on apoptosis and proliferation of human liver cancer SMMC-7721 cells.Methods： These SMMC-7721 cells were treated with different dosages of ZSQ.The growth inhibition was detected by MTT assay and the morphological changes of the apoptosis of SMMC-7721 cells were detected by HE staining and TUNEL labeling methods.Reaults： ZSQ remarkably inhibited the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells in a dose-and time-dependent manner;After direct exposure to ZSQ for 48h,the live cancer cells showed typically morphological and biochemical features of apoptosis by HE staining and TUNEL.Conclusion： ZQS has significant anticancer activity on SMMC-7721 cells,and the anticancer mechanism is probably associated with the induction of cancer cell apoptosis.
