摘　　要：为增强高职学生资助工作的公平正义性,运用系统工程理论构建高职学生资助体系。该体系包含资助管理、困难学生认定、资助名额分配和资助教育四大子系统,它们相互关联而又相对独立,共同构成一个具有模糊性的、多维度的复杂系统。运用系统工程理论构建高职学生资助体系,有助于提升学生资助工作的规范化和科学化水平。To improve the justice of students’ financial aid in vocational colleges,the theory of system engineering is adopted to establish a system,which includes four subsystems： the management of the financial aid,the identification of difficult students,the distribution of the number of students and the financial aid education.These four subsystems are relevant and comparatively independent,creating a complicated system with the character of indistinctness and diversification.The system based on the theory of system engineering standardizes the financial aid operation and makes it more scientific.
