农村职教的结构性缺失与“面向农村”职教体系的构建

摘　　要：构建"面向农村"的新型职业教育体系,是有效发挥职业教育功能的必然。本文依据"加快发展面向农村的职业教育"的理念,剖析了农村职业教育结构性缺失的表现及其原因,提出了"面向农村"职业教育体系的构想及其实施策略。There exits obvious constitutive deficiency in rural vocational education of underdeveloped area,which can lead to the rural vocational education function severely weakened.It is the necessity of developing vocational education function effectively to construct the ＂for rural area＂ new type vocational education system.The thesis based on the idea of ＂speed up the development of rural vocational education ＂,analyzes the performances and reasons of the rural vocational education constitutive deficiency,and puts forward the idea and the implementation strategy of ＂for rural area＂ vocational education system.
