开展组织胚胎学创新性实验的效果与体会

摘　　要：目的提高教学效果,激发学生主动学习热情,培养学生的创新意识和创新能力。方法根据《组织学与胚胎学》本科教学的内容,结合临床过敏性皮肤病,设计肥大细胞与过敏反应实验。随机选择部分同学参加实验,总结分析实验方法和结果,收集对创新实验反馈意见,评价创新实验的效果。结果学生通过参与肥大细胞的分离提取、致敏肥大细胞、甲苯胺蓝染色以及抗过敏药物对肥大细胞脱颗粒影响的全部实验过程,对教材中相关的内容有了更深刻的理解和记忆,对教材中涉及的研究方法有了感性认识。创新性实验教学激发了学生的学习主动性,开阔了学生的视野,培养了学生的动手能力,同时促进了教师教学水平的提高。结论创新性实验教学对激发学生的学习热情、培养学生的创新性思维,促进教学相长具有很好的推动作用。Objective To improve teaching effectiveness, stimulate students＇ active learning enthusiasm, and cultivate students＇ innovative consciousness and competence. Methods An experiment on mast ceils and anaphylaxis was designed based on the teaching content in ＂Histology and Embryology＂, and combined with allergic skin diseases. Students were randomly selected to join the experiment. The experimental methods and results were summarized and analyzed. The feedback suggestions were col lected and the results evaluated. Results Through involving in entire process of the experiment-isolation, extraction, and sensi tization of fast cells, toluidine blue staining, and the effect of anti allergic agent on cell degranulation of the cells-the students got deepgoing understanding and memory concerning the related content, and also had a perceptual knowledge referring research meth od written in the teaching materials. The experiment motivated students＇ learning activeness, widened their visual field, cultivated their hands on skill, and, at the same time, improved teaching level of teachers. Conclusion Innovative experiment is of an ac tive role in motivating students＇ learning enthusiasm, cultivating their groundbreaking thinking, and promoting benefit from teach ing and learning at the same time.
