摘　　要：专业发展培训是促进教师专业发展和提高师资队伍质量的基本途径。康涅狄格州作为美国幼儿教师教育改革的先行者,从结构质量保障和过程质量保障两个层面构建了规范有效的幼儿教师专业发展培训质量保障机制。The professional training is the basic approach to promote the teachers＂ professional development and improve the quality of teaching workforce. As a pioneer of early childhood teacher education reform,Connecticut establishes standardized and effective quality assurance mechanisms for early childhood teachers＂ professional training from aspects of structure and process.
