摘　　要：在宽就业口径下,构建高职工商管理专业群是指按照工商企业管理的职能和职业岗位群将人力资源管理、生产管理、物流管理、品质管理、营销管理和财务管理等专业组建成专业群,采取"专业平台课+模块课"的课程模式,构建系统化的专业基础理论知识和能力训练体系,按照行动导向的原则实施教学过程,使学生能够适应较宽的职业领域,掌握与职业岗位需要相关的专业基础理论知识和综合能力。Under the wide employment caliber,constructing business administration specialty group of higher vocational education means to base on roles and post group of business administration to integrate human resource management,production management,logistics management,quality management,marketing management and financial management to be a specialty group.The specialty group adopts to the course mode of ＂specialty platform course ＋ module courses＂ to construct the systematic training system for professional basic theoretical knowledge and abilities,insists the action-oriented principle to teach,so as to have students adapt to the wider vocational fields and master the professional basic theoretical knowledge and comprehensive abilities suitable for the demand of vocations and posts.
