摘  要:形成于职业培训的"双元制"在德国高等教育中继续延伸,并因应人才需求和高等教育培养目标进行了发展创新,一方面将"双元制"理论与实践结合的特点融合到德国高校教学与科研结合的传统中,形成教学与企业相结合的思想;另一方面,在教学实践中把"双元制"的岗位导向转变为职业导向。同时,德国高等教育实施"双元制"的专业类别由工科向经济学领域延伸,这是德国经济发展的要求。Based on the demand of qualified personnel and the cultivation objectives of higher education,the dual system formed in vocational training has been extended and innovated in German higher education.The one innovation is to integrate the theory and practice on dual system into the German tradition of universities and scientific research combination.The other innovation is to transfer the dual system from post-orientated to vocation-oriented in the teaching practice.Meanwhile,the specialty classification of German higher education with the dual system has been extended from engineering to economic field,which is the requirements of economic development in Germany.
