摘　　要：随着高校农村贫困生生源的逐年增加,农村贫困生的就业情况备受关注。本文结合辅导员工作案例,对农村贫困生提升就业竞争力所遇到的困境进行了分析,并对辅导员在提升农村贫困生就业竞争力方面的工作工作重点和方向进行了探索。The employment situation of the students in poverty has been paid more attention since the number of students from impoverished area has been increased. Combined with the case work of college counselors, this thesis analyses the difficulties which occurred during the improvement of the increase of rural student＇s employment competitiveness. Meanwhile it explores the working key and direction of how college counselor helps the rural students to improve their employment competitiveness.
