摘  要:信号检测论方法对刺激的判断是对信号的侦察和做出决策的过程,它可以应用于人力资源管理的招聘甄选过程中。本文介绍了信号检测论及其在招聘甄选中的适用性,探讨了信号检测论中的感觉辨别力指数、反应偏向指数β和ROC曲线在招聘和甄选中的应用。The recruitment and selection of human resource management is the process of inspecting job seekers and making hiring decisions,this theory can be applied to the recruitment and selection process of human resources management. This paper introduces the theory of signal detection and analysis its applicability in the recruitment and selection, and also introduces the sensory discrimination index , response bias index 13 and ROC curve of signal detection theory in plain language, and put forward application in the recruitment and selection.
