摘 要:以野生火棘果渣为原料,用乙醇作提取剂,研究了超声波法提取火棘果渣中黄色素的工艺条件。探讨了料液比、提取温度、超声波功率、超声时间、工作/间歇比、提取次数等因素对火棘果黄色素提取效果的影响,通过L9(34)正交实验确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明,超声波法提取火棘果黄色素的最佳条件为:料液比1∶12,超声波功率400 W,超声波工作/间歇时间比5∶5,提取温度45℃,提取总时间60 min,提取2次;火棘黄色素的提取率为94.3%,产率为1.9%,色价为23.6。与常规溶剂法相比,超声波法具有提取温度低、提取次数少、提取率高等优点,超声波提取法优于常规溶剂提取法。The technique of extraction of yellow pigment from residue of wild pyracantha fortuneana fruit with ethanol by ultrasonic was studied.The effect of the factors,including ratio of solid to liquid,extraction temperature,ultrasonic power,extraction time,the ratio of treatment to intermission and the number of extraction,on the extraction of yellow pigment were tested.The optimal conditions of extraction technology were discovered by orthogonal test L9(34).The results showed that the optimal conditions of ultrasonic extraction were:the ratio of sample to solvent was 1∶ 12,ultrasonic power 400 W,the ratio of treatment to intermission 5∶ 5,extraction temperature 45 ℃,extraction time 60 minute,and the number of extraction 2 times.The extraction rate was 94.3%,the yield 1.9% and the color value 23.6.Compared with the conventional solvent method,the ultrasonic method had advantages of lower extraction temperature,less times of extraction and higher extraction rate.The ultrasonic method was better than the conventional solvent method.
