摘  要:文章介绍了安徽省中小学教师教育网,分析了合肥市远程"校本培训"指导者培训的主要特色,对"校本培训"指导者应该具备的业务能力进行了解析,并从科学设定培训目标、遵循灵活务实的培训原则、仔细推敲培训内容、创新改进培训方式四个方面阐述了合肥市"校本培训"指导者培训的实施方案。This article describes the primary and secondary school teachers in Anhui Province Education Network,the main features of Hefei remote school training instructor training,school training business managers should have the ability to resolve,and then from the scientific establishment of training objectives,comply with a flexible and pragmatic training principles,carefully designed training,innovation and improvement of training methods these four aspects of the implementation of Hefei school training instructor training program.
