摘  要:目的建立高灵敏度的食用油脂中柠檬烯的测定方法,用于检测甄别潲水油。方法样品用正己烷溶解后倒入蒸馏器中蒸馏,收集蒸馏液后浓缩,通过气相色谱-质谱仪以SIM方式检测定量。结果测定柠檬烯方法的线性范围均为0.005~1.000mg/L,线性相关系数为0.9994,检出限为1.0ng/kg,回收率分别为81.4%~85.3%。对13个油样进行检测,对潲水油的鉴别判断正确率为100.0%。结论方法简便,灵敏度好,选择性好,可作为潲水油较为有效的鉴别手段。Objective To develop a method for determination of limonene in hogwash oil with gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS).Methods The oil sample dissolved with n-hexane was distilled in distillation,the distillate was collected and detected by gas chromatography mass spectrometry.Selected ions monitoring(SIM)method was applied for detection.Results The linear range of the limonene was found to be 0.005~1.0mg/ L,and the correlation coefficient of the standard curve were 0.9994.The limit of detection was 1.0ng/kg.The recoveries of limonene for the spiked samples ranged from 81.4% to 85.3%.The method was applied for detection of 13 samples and the correct rate was 100%.Conculsions The GC-MS method is suitable for limonene in hogwash oil detection and structure proof with high sensitive and anti-interference.
