摘　　要：企业文化对企业转型有重要的影响,嘉兴民营企业文化的核心是"和谐文化",它对企业稳定经营起促进作用,但对企业转型则起制约作用。需要从创新、学习、融合、竞争四个方面来拓展嘉兴民营企业文化内涵,以促进企业转型。Enterprise culture has an important influence on the transformation of enterprises. The private enterprise culture in Jiaxing, with ＂harmonious culture＂ at the core, can promote the corporation management work, but restricts the transformation of private enterprises. From four aspects of innovation, learning, blending, and competition, it is necessary to expand the connotation of the private enterprise culture in Jiaxing, thus promoting the transformation of enterprises.
