摘 要:学习文化是积淀了文化精神的各种学习活动及其结果的总和,人性是人之所以为人的基本属性。学习文化优化人性的依据有三:优化人性是必要的;优化人性是可能的;学习文化对优化人性中起核心作用。学习文化的人性优化功能的构成有四个方面:改进人的生理结构;调节人的需要;塑造人的心智;改善人类生态。实现学习文化的人性优化功能的主要方略有:在学习中渗透中国文化的最高价值;将素质文化置于学习文化的核心;将形成健全人格作为学习的基本宗旨。学习型城市建设要充分利用学习文化的人性优人功能。Learning culture is the sum of aU learning activities and their results that accumulate cultural essence, and human nature is the distinguishing characteristics that humans tend to have. The human nature optimization function of learning culture is supported mainly by three arguments : optimize human nature is required ; optimize human nature is achievable., and learning culture plays core role in optimizing human nature. The human nature optimization func- tion of learning culture is composed of four areas : to improve human physiological structure ; to adjust human needs ; to mould human minds ; and to develop human ecology. The main strategies to realize the human nature optimization function of learning culture include : to permeate the highest value of Chinese culture into learning; to put quality cul- ture at the core of learning culture ; and to take sound personality growth as the basic learning purpose. The human nature optimization function of learning culture should be fully utilized while constructing learning-oriented city.
