摘  要:随着高等学校扩招及社会改革的深化,高等学校毕业生的就业形势日趋严峻,女大学生在就业过程中遭遇性别歧视,具体表现在就业机会不平等、就业竞争不公正和就业结果不公平,使女大学生产生焦虑与恐惧、自负与自卑、求稳与惧苦、依赖与从众等心理困扰。在无法改变就业环境的客观条件下,女大学生要树立正确就业观,客观认识自己,增强综合素质,树立创业意识,调适心理,积极适应社会,找准自己的位置,实现就业。Affected by increased enrollment of colleges and universities and deepening social reform, currently, the situation of college graduates' employment is getting more and more severe. Due to their disadvantageous physiological characteristics, female graduates will inevitably encounter sexism of one kind or another in the employment process, such as inequality in employment opportunity, unfair employment competition, etc., which all can cause them to be anxious, fearful, conceited, inferior, painful, uneasy, etc. These psychological distresses never help to change the employment environment,. Therefore, the female graduates should develop a correct outlook on employment, have an objective understanding of self and try to strengthen their comprehensive quality and entrepreneurial awareness, make psychological readjustment, actively adapt themselves to society, and pinpoint themselves.
