摘  要:目的:探讨以团队为基础的多样式教学法在老年护理教学中的应用效果。方法:在团队式学习的基础上,对高职老年护理方向班40名学生实施多样式教学方法,并进行教学效果问卷调查。结果:多样式教学后学生自主学习、团队协作等能力明显提高,学生满意度较高。结论:在高职老年护理教学中应用以团队为基础的多样式教学法,可提高学生综合能力、提高教学质量。Objective To identify the teaching effect of the application of team based learning on the teaching of geriatric nursing. Methods Based on the TBL, we further performed diversified teaching method among 40 college students of geriatric nursing and ques- tionnaire of teaching effect was also employed to investigate the effect. Results After the conduction of diversified teaching, the capacity of self - regulated learning and team work have been significantly improved and in addition, the satisfaction of students has also been elevated. Conclusion The application of diversified teaching method based on team learning among the teaching of geriatric nursing would significantly improve the comprehensive ability of students and teaching quality.
