摘　　要：合成新型喹喔啉衍生物,并对其结构进行表征。以邻苯二胺类为起始原料,采用草酸二乙酯/HCl与苯甲酰甲酸/(C2H5OH,HCl)两种不同的原料进行环合,再用三氯氧磷/DMF进行氯代合成目标化合物。合成的目标化合物测定其物理常数,并通过IR、1HNMR的方法进行结构表征。合成得到的一系列新型喹喔啉衍生物,经表征确认结构。Synthesize novel quinoxaline derivatives,and characterize their structures. With the benzene-1,2-diam- ine as the raw material, used two different kinds of materials about diethyl oxalate/HC1 and benzoyl formic acid/ （C2HsOH, HC1） for the cyclization, and phosphorus oxychloride/DMF for chloro synthesize the target com- pounds. The synthesis of the target compounds were measured physical constants, and were characterized structures by IR, 1 HNMR methods. Synthesized a series of novel quinoxaline derivatives, the structures were confirmed by charac- terization.
