摘 要:目的:研究海参及其活性成分对酵母浸粉诱导的高尿酸血症小鼠尿酸以及尿酸代谢相关酶活性的影响。方法:将40只雄性昆明种小鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、海参皂苷组、海参多糖组及整参组。通过连续喂饲含酵母浸粉的饲料14d进行造模,测定小鼠血清尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)的含量及肝脏中的黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)的活性。结果:喂养14d后,海参皂苷组、海参多糖组及整参组均可以显著降低血清UA水平,分别降低了14.9%(P<0.05)、20.7%(P<0.01)与16.1%(P<0.05);肝脏XOD和ADA的活性受到抑制,UOD活性分别降低了13.5%(P<0.05)、13.7%(P<0.05)与21.2%(P<0.01),ADA活性分别降低了26.7%(P<0.05)、29.0%(P<0.01)与17.4%(P<0.05)。结论:海参可以明显改善高尿酸血症,其功效与其所含有的海参皂苷、海参多糖有关。Objective: To explore the effect of sea cucumber and its major bioactive components on uric acid metabolism and hyperuricemia induced by yeast extract powder in mice. Methods: Thirty Kunming mice were divided into normal group, model group, saponin group, polysaccharide group and whole sea cucumber group. Hyperuricemic model was established by oral administration of yeast extract powder for 14 days. The concentrations of serum uric acid (UA), creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and the activities of liver xanthine oxidase (XOD) and adenosine deaminase (ADA) were determined. Results: After 14 days of feeding, the saponin, polysaccharide and whole sea cucumber decreased uric acid level in serum by 14.9% (P〈 0.05), 20.7% (P 〈 0.01) and 16.1% (P 〈 0.05), respectively. The dietary saponin, polysaccharide and whole sea cucumber treatments resulted in a reduction in XOD activity by 13.5% (P 〈 0.05), 13.7% (P 〈 0.05) and 21.2% (P 〈 0.01) and in ADA activity by 26.7% (P 〈 0.05), 29.0% (P 〈 0.01) and 17.4% (P 〈 0.05), respectively. However, all the groups investigated showed similar serum Cr and BUN levels. Conclusion: Sea cucumber possesses a potent anti- hyperuricemic effect, which is related to the saponin and polysaccharide.
