摘　　要：食品风险交流是风险分析框架中重要的组成部分,是联系利益相关方的重要纽带,对风险交流的概念、对象、内容等基本理论问题进行了探讨,通过民众对食品安全问题的认知凸显了风险交流的薄弱,从而阐述了风险交流对解决食品安全问题的重要性。Food risk communication is an important component of risk analysis and link connected stakeholders. This article discussed the basic theoretical issues of risk communication, including the concept ,object and content. It highlighted the lack of risk communication through the public awareness on the issues of food safety. It also emphasized the importance of risk communication on food safety
