摘 要:随着人们生活水平的不断提高和健康意识的不断增强,益生菌产品及含益生菌的食品越来越受到人们的关注。目前,国内外的益生菌制品种类繁多并形成了产业规模,在中国的发展也是日新月异。针对上述情况,对益生菌制剂的发展概况、应用及展望等问题进行了综述,以期为我国进一步发展益生菌制品提供参考。With the continuous improvement of people's living standard and health awareness growing, probiotic products containing prohiotic foods and people pay more and more attention.Nowadays ,there are kinds of probiotie products andthe industrial scale have been formed already at home and abroad. Development in China is also change rapidly. In response to these circumstances,this artile comprehensively overviewed the probiotics industrial production and the application of probiotics, with a view to provide atheoretieal basis for our country further development of probiotieproducts.
