摘　　要：高职教育肩负着为经济社会发展培养高素质技能型专门人才的重任。高职物流管理专业课程体系的构建要适应我国物流职业岗位群的能力需求,通过对毕业学生、合作物流企业等多家企业岗位职业能力需求情况进行调查,详细分析目前物流职业岗位群所应具备的知识、能力和素质,在此基础上制定基于物流职业岗位群的高职物流管理专业课程体系,实现专业教学与企业岗位技能需求的零距离对接。Higher vocational education should take responsibility for training high-quality technical person.The construction of professional curriculum system of logistics management should meet the basic requirements of the relevant career clusters.By investigating into the higher vocational graduates and college cooperative enterprises,we analyze the basic and necessary knowledge,capability and quality that the logistics career clusters requests and based on which,we design the curriculum system and expect to connect the teaching and technical requirements from enterprises perfectly.
