摘　　要：企业实践是高职师资队伍建设的重要措施,是彰显职业教育特色的重要方面,解决教师企业实践的通道问题已成为当前高职师资队伍建设的紧迫任务,文中在充分调研的基础上,从指导思想、目标定位、基本条件、运行机制及保障措施等方面,对建立教师企业实践基地实践与思考进行了全面而系统的总结和思考。The enterprise practice is an important measure for the team construction of higher vocational teachers.It is an important aspect which shows the characteristics of vocational education.It has become an urgent task for the current higher vocational teaching team construction to solve the channel problem of teacher＇s enterprise practice.Based on the sufficient research,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic summary and reflection about the establishment of teachers＇ enterprise practice base in terms of the guiding ideology,goal orientation,basic conditions,operation mechanism and safeguard measures.
