浅谈高校青年教师教学能力的提高

摘　　要：随着高等教育的蓬勃发展,青年教师越来越成为高校教师队伍的中坚力量,他们的教学能力直接影响整体的教学质量和效果,甚至直接关乎学校的生存和发展。本文以苏州大学沙钢钢铁学院举办的青年教师教学法研讨会为例,分析了青年教师在讲课比赛中暴露的问题且提出了相应的解决办法,并以师德修养为核心,系统地阐述了青年教师提升教学能力的举措和做法。With the vigorous development of higher education,young teachers are becoming the backbone of college teachers. Their teaching ability not only have directly impact on the overall teaching quality, even related to the survival and progress of the university. The paper chooses the pedagogy seminar organized by Shagang Iron and Steel College of Soochow University as example, and look for the solution to the problems exposed in the lecture race. Based on the teachers＇moral culti- vation, we propose the improvin~ method for voun~ teachers＇ teachin~ ability.
