摘  要:DHA(二十二碳六烯酸)是对人体生理功能具有重要作用的一种长链不饱和脂肪酸。破囊壶菌因其DHA含量高,生长速度快而备受关注,是目前最具前景的工业化生产DHA的微生物。破囊壶菌主要通过FAS和PKS两种途径合成DHA,影响DHA合成的主要环境因素有碳氮源、温度、无机盐等。随着基因工程技术的发展,从分子水平提高DHA产量将成为可能。现就破囊壶菌生产DHA的研究现状和应用前景作一综述,为利用破囊壶菌工业化生产DHA的研究提供参考。Docosahexaenoic acid ( DHA ) is a long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid which has important physiological functions. Because of high content of DHA and fast growth rates,marine fungi-like protists, Thraustochytrids has recently attracted much attention. Thraustochytrids synthesize DHA using two main pathways:fatty acid synthesis (FAS) and polyketide synthesis (PKS). Culture conditions such as carbon and nitrogen source,temperature and inorganic salt also affect DHA production. Now with the development of genetic engineering technology,it is possible to improve DHA yield with molecular methods. In this paper, recent developments and perspectives in producing DHA from Thraustochytrids were reviewed. This manuscript would be helpful for the development of industrial production of DHA.
