摘 要:目的了解某高校医学生方便面的食用情况及影响因素,为医学生饮食习惯的改善提供建议。方法采用二阶段整群抽样方法获得研究样本,利用自制调查问卷对北京某高校898名在校学生方便面食用情况进行调查。结果51.5%的学生1个月以上吃1次方便面,96.5%的学生每次食用1袋或不足1袋。女生对方便面的健康认知得分高于男生[(2.25±0.06)分、(1.78±0.06)分,P<0.01)],研究生高于本科生[(2.26±0.09)分、(2.00±0.05)分,P<0.05)];但女生将方便面作为正餐的比例要高于男生(72.7%,39.7%,P<0.05),研究生高于本科生(73.8%,54.3%,P<0.05)。结论医学生方便面的食用方式不合理,性别、年级是影响医学生方便面知信行的重要因素。应着重改变现有的健康教育方式,针对学生群体的特征开展全方位的健康促进。Objective To understand instant noodles consumer and associated factors among medical students for healthy dietary pattern intervention. Methods With random cluster sampling procedure, 900 students of one university in Beijing were chosen in this survey, and filled out self-made questionnaire. Results About 51.5% students have eaten instant noodles less than once per month, and 96.5% students have eaten only one hag or less for once. Girls and graduates had a higher score for healthy instant noodles knowledge than that of boys and undergraduates[ (2.25~0.06} vs. (1.78~0.06}, P〈0.01 ] ; [2.26~0.09) vs. ( 2.00~0.05 } , P〈O. 05 ) ] , however, girls and graduates were more likely to take instant noodles as dinner ( girls 72.7% vs. boys 39.7% , P〈O. 05 ; graduates 73.8% vs. undergraduates 54.3%, P〈0.05 ). Conclusion The present study showed inappropriate consuming behaviors of instant noodles among medical students even with high level of awareness of the health hazards of instant noodles.
