摘  要:采用正交试验的方法设计9组不同包装,分别对樱桃进行自发气调(MA)贮藏。期间测量了不同包装内气体成分的变化规律以及气体稳定后袋内气体组成。贮藏结束后,对各包装袋内樱桃品质进行测定,发现2组和5组袋内樱桃品质优于其它各组,对应袋内平衡气体组成CO2:4.8%-5.O%、O::7.2%~8.4%则为“红灯”樱桃MA冷藏适宜气体组成。Through orthogonal test, 9 different packages were designed for modified atmosphere (MA) storage of cherry. During storage period, the variation of the atmosphere composition within different packages and the composition of atmosphere which had reached stable were measured. At the end of storage, the cherry quality of each packaging bag was determined, and it was found that groups 2 and 5 were better than the others. The corresponding equilibrium atmosphere composition CO2: 4.8%-5.0%, 02: 7.2%-8.4% was suitable for the MA cold storage of"Hongdeng" cherry.
