摘　　要：利用文献资料法等探索了我国大学课堂教学存在的问题,分析了心理契约在课堂教学中的涵义,认识到心理契约是改进大学课堂教学的有效工具。本文从构筑、实施、修复三个方面探讨了心理契约在大学课堂教学中的形成策略。Using the method of literature material, interview explores existing in our country＇s university classroom teaching, analyzes the meaning of psychological contract in classroom teaching, to realize the psychological contract is an effective tool to improve the university classroom teaching.
