摘　　要：本文针对元认知和二语习得这两种教学理论所具有的局限性,对重视学生英语听说能力的培养进行了综合性的探讨,通过对国内外研究和比较的分析以及学生听说能力测试实验的实施,结合了元认知和二语习得这一适应英语学习的思维体系,即二元转换理论,对于未来将实行全方位二元转化理论指导下大学生英语听说能力培养模式的构建奠定了理论基础。Metacognition and second language acquisition,the author of this paper the limitations of these two kinds of teaching theory.To attach importance to students’English listenin and speaking ability training has carried on the comprehensive discussion.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign research and comparison as the implementation of the shudent ability test.Combination of metacognitive and I learn the second lanuage acquisition to adapt to English thinking system.The binary conversion theory.In the future wil be ful binary transformation under the guidance of the theory of cultivating college students’English listening ability build laid a theoretical basis.
