摘　　要：利用分块矩阵初等变换的方法可证明Frobenius不等式中等号成立的一个充要条件,即r(AB)+r(BC)=r(ABC)+r(B)的充要条件是存在矩阵X与Y使得XAB+BCY=B.由此充要条件还可得到n阶矩阵可对角化的三个充要条件.In this paper, using the method of the elementary transformation of block matrix, a necessary and sufficient condition is established for the equality of Frobenius inequality, that is the equality r（AB） ＋ r（BC） = r（ABC） ＋ r（B） holds if and only if there exist matrices X and Y such that XAB ＋ BCY = B. The condition implies three necessary and sufficient conditions for diagonalizable matrix.
