摘　　要：随着平面光窗在金属外壳中使用越来越广泛，以及光电器件对气密性和可靠性的要求越来越高，平面光窗封接技术得到了业界广泛的重视和研究。本文针对平面光窗设计、封接焊料选择及封接工艺进行了初步研究。As the flat optical window has a wide application in metal packages, and the requirements for hermeticity and reliability of optoelectronic device have demanded increasingly more and more. The sealing technology of flat optical window is obtained industry wide attention and research. According to the design of flat window,the solder selection and sealing process is also studied.
