摘　　要：针对高职学生特点,结合系部实际,提出"以传统文化培植学生根本——德育为先、以拓展训练为手段——熔炼团队,让学生微笑自信地成长"的培养和管理方案,开展一系列教育教学管理改革,以日常管理规范学生行为,努力探索一条高职学生培养管理之路。For high vocational students’ characteristics, combining with the actual Department of the Ministry, proposed a training and management program about ＂cultivating students traditional culture-moral education first, Outward Bound as a means-melting team, so that students grow confident smile＂, to carry out a series of education and teaching management reform, to manage students’ daily behavior, and make efforts to explore the effective way of vocational colleges’ management.
