摘  要:南京医科大学探索构建了“5+3”本硕一体化临床医学人才培养模式,融医学本科教育、专业学位研究生教育和住院医师规范化培训为一体,从整体设计培养方案、分段实施教学任务、分步进行考核认证、完善校内质量保障体系等多个方面进行了初步设计,并就依托教育与卫生主管部门的政策支持等方面,对临床医学的学制学位制度和人才培养模式提出了几点思考。Nanjing Medical University is currently implementing the "5 +3" integrative model for the training of clinical medical students. It is an integration of undergraduate education, graduate education and resident standardized training. On the policy support from both the education and health administration departments, our university hopes to offer some valuable suggestions through undertaking the exploration and reflection on the degree system of clinical medicine and student training model by carrying out the reform from the overall design of the training program, phased implementation of teaching tasks, phased examination and certification, and improvement of school quality assurance system.
