摘  要:三年制临床医学专业人才的培养目标是为基层医疗卫生服务机构培养实用型、高素质技能型人才。为了更好地培养高素质应用型卫生专门人才,沧州医学高等专科学校对传统的儿科学课程从教学内容、教学方法、考核方式进行了教学改革与实践,初步形成了基于能力本位的儿科学诊疗与预防的“行知合一”的教学模式。通过在实践中应用,取得了较好的教学效果。The aim of three-year clinical medical talents is to train high quality skilled practical talents for the basic medical and health service jobs, to meet the needs of practical, high-quality skilled personnel. In order to train persons with practical and high quality talents in Cangzhou Medical College, the reform and practice were done to the teaching of traditional the pediatrics course from the following three aspects: the subject matters, teaching methods and check-up way. The teaching model has been preliminarily formed the unification of practice and knowledge teaching model based on competence-based education in childhood disease diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Good effect had been got in practice.
