摘 要:视频反馈教学方法是通过视频进行反馈、分析的教学方法。这种方法既适用于医学院校学生的基本技能训练,也适用于住院医师临床技能的规范化培训和高年资医师继续教育中新技术操作技能的训练。视频反馈教学方法不仅能够促进临床技能训练的效果,还能够加深受训者对临床技能理论的理解和认识。本文就视频反馈教学方法在临床技能训练中的应用现状进行了研究,以期使更多的医学教育者认识这种教学方法,提高教学质量和教学效果。Video feedback, a teaching method of feedback analysis based on clinical skills operation video. The teaching method is not only applicable to the medical college students in training and teaching of basic clinical skills, but also suitable for residents in the standardized training of clinical skills. Additionally, the video feedback can be used in continuing medical education of new clinical skill training for the veteran doctors. In addition to improvement on the clinical skills training, the video feedback teaching method also can deepen the trainees on the understanding and awareness of the trained clinical skills. We have reviewed the research and application of video feedback in the training of clinical skills in order to improve the medical instructors' knowledge on the teaching method.
