摘 要:为了了解医患沟通的现状和医患交往技巧教育中存在的不足,本文作者对某医院542名实习生和见习生进行了问卷调查。结果显示,大多数实习生和见习生对医患交往技巧具备一定的认知度,但是在思维模式和表达方式上缺乏针对性、灵活性,因而更难体现医患交往技巧的艺术性。因此,应该通过强化认知嵌入,培养自觉意识与使命感;普及人文、艺术课程,提升医学人文素养与艺术涵养;深入开展具有实践意义的语言学专业教育,构建“独特对话方式”等途径,加强医学生医患交往能力的培养。The author makes a questionnaire of more than 542 trainees and apprentices to know the shortcomings of the present situation and educating of " communicating skills" between doctors and patients. The results show that most of them can perceive the "communicating techniques" to some extent, but for the lack of pertinence or flexibility, it is hard to find the art of "communicating skills" in their thinking patterns and means of expression. Consequently, the author thinks it necessary to cultivate the medical college students' communicating skills in the ways as follow, ie, to strengthen the implanting of cognition and to cultivate the conscientiousness; to popularize cultural and art courses and to enhance medical cultural and art attainment as well as to carry out the professional linguistic education to structure a "special interactive model", and so on.
