摘 要:医学教师是医学教育的核心要素.促进地方高校医学教师的职业发展,是提高地方高校医学教育教学质量,进而提高地方高校医学人才培养质量的重要保证.本文从医学教师专业化的视角出发,分析了目前地方高校医学教师专业化发展中存在的3个主要问题,即医学教师的教育基本理论和教育基本技能不足,职业发展意识淡薄,以及教学反思能力薄弱等.针对这些问题,阐述了建构医学教师人职培养模式、创新和完善医学教师职后专业化发展培养机制、构建医学教师发展性激励机制、构建医学教师的发展性考核评价体系等4种促进医学教师职后专业化发展的管理机制.Medical teachers are the core elements of medical education.To promote the medical teachers' career development in local universities is important guarantee to improve the local university medical education teaching quality and improve the training quality of local university medical personnel.This paper analyzes three major problems of medical teachers' professional development in local university at present from the perspective of medical teachers' specialization,respectively,insufficient education basic theory and education basic skills of medical teachers,indifferent career development consciousness,and weak teaching reflection ability,etc.Aiming at the problems in the medical teachers' specialization,this paper deeply analyzes four management mechanisms for promoting medical teacher post-professional development,such as construction of medical teachers induction training model,innovation and perfection of medical teacher post-professional development training mechanism,construction of medical teacher developmental incentive mechanism,construction of medical teachers' developmental evaluation system and so on.
