北京大学医学部住院医师规范化培训现况调查与分析

摘　　要：为了解住院医师对规范化培训的看法,本研究对2011年参加北京大学医学部住院医师规范化培训第二阶段考试的住院医师进行了问卷调查.结果表明,北医的住院医师男女均衡,学历层次高,他们充分肯定住院医师规范化培训的必要性,对培训条件、培训内容、过程管理等方面满意度高;不满意之处集中在培训期间待遇低、工作强度大等方面.因此,需要提高培训期间住院医师待遇,保障住院医师权利;制定更为合理的培训计划和培训内容,加强带教教师培训指导;建立更为科学的考核体系.To evaluate reactions of residents in standardized resident training programs,we did a survey among residents who took apart in the final exam in Peking University Health Science Center,in 2011.It was showed that the residents in PKHSC were highly educated and gander balanced.They recognized the necessity of resident training programs and satisfied with the conditions,contents and management.The complaints were focused on under-paid and high pressure,overtime working.It needs to improve their welfare,to secure their rights,to develop more reasonable curricula,to strength the training guidance and to build up scientific evaluation system.
