摘 要:高校青年教师的培养既是提高高校教学质量、谋求可持续发展的需要,也是服务地方经济发展的需要,还是青年教师实现个人价值的需要。但目前高校青年教师培养方面存在重学历、轻综合能力,青年教师内驱力不足等问题。在高校青年教师培养方面,可借鉴国外发达国家高等院校的先进经验,并从制度层面做出规划,实施"一聘、二送、三引、四提高"的策略,以构建一支"数量充足、结构合理、特色鲜明、德才双馨"的青年教师队伍。Training young teachers may improve teaching quality,seek sustainable development,enhance regional economic development and realize the value of young individual teachers.However,young teachers’ training in university has some problems such as attaching too much importance on degree instead of comprehensive ability with insufficient driving force.So the paper puts forward that universities in Jiangxi Province should learn advanced management experience from developed countries via planning from the perspective of system,that is,adopting the strategy of "Employment,Help,Guidance and Improvement" to construe finally young teachers with the characteristics of "sufficient staff,reasonable construction,distinctive features and good morality as well as ability".
