摘　　要：高职校园文化与企业文化对接对于培养学生的职业素质,实现零距离就业,增强高职院校的服务能力和办学特色具有重要意义。高职院校需要从办学理念、校企合作机制、专业文化建设、实训基地建设、师资队伍培养几方面入手,实现高职校园文化与企业文化的对接。This paper describes the content of the higher vocational campus culture and corporate culture,analyze why they should be connected,it is for students’professional quality and employment,for enhancing service capabilities and characteristics of higher vocational colleges.Vocational colleges should improve their educational philosophy,school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms,major culture,training bases and teachers in order to achieve the connection of the higher vocational campus culture and corporate culture.
