摘　　要：法学本质上是实践之学,实践教学对于提高学生的知识理解能力和实际应用能力至关重要,是将学生培养成应用型人才的关键环节。当前,法学教育工作者们对于实践教学的重视程度与日俱增,如何通过实践教学培养出符合时代需要的法律人才,成为我们迫切关注的问题。The knowledge of law is essentially a practice,the practice teaching to enhance students＇ knowledge understanding and practical application ability is crucial,which is a key link in the process of students into applied talents.At present,the law education workers to the increasing importance of practice teaching,how to practice teaching in line with The Times to cultivate legal talent,become a problem we are focused on.
