摘  要:目的探讨PBL教学法在护生临床实习操作技能中的应用效果。方法选取在本院实习的2010级90名护生并随机分为对照组和实验组各45名,对照组按传统的教学方法教学,实验组按PBL教学法教学。结果 PBL教学法实施后实验组护生的操作技能考核成绩明显优于对照组,绝大多数护生对PBL教学方法表示满意,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法在护生临床实习操作技能中调动了护生学习的主动性,有利于帮助护生掌握知识要点,提高护生的综合素质,使护生的自学能力、评判性思维能力、获取信息能力、解决问题能力、协作沟通及创新能力等都得到了充分锻炼,为提高优质护理服务质量打下坚实的基础。Objective To investigate the application effect of PBL teaching method used in operating skills of clinical practice on nursing students.Methods 90 nursing students of class 2010 practiced in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was taught with traditional teaching method,the experimental group was taught with PBL teaching method.Results After the implementation of PBL teaching method,the operating skills assessment scores of experimental group students were significantly better than that of control group students.Questionnaire survey showed that the vast majority of nursing students expressed satisfaction with PBL teaching method,the difference were statistically significant(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in operating skills of nursing students’ clinical practice mobilizes the initiative of nursing students to learn.It contributes to students mastering the knowledge points,and improves the comprehensive quality of nursing students.The self-learning ability,critical thinking ability,information acquiring ability,problem solving ability,communication and collaboration and innovation ability of nursing students have been fully exercise.It lays a solid foundation to improve high-quality nursing service quality.
