学习型社团对高职大学生沟通能力影响的调查研究

摘　　要：通过调查了解社团成员对学习型社团的认识、理解和判断;了解成员对自我沟通能力的认识,对学习型社团能否促进个人沟通能力养成的看法。调查结果:第一,仅有一半学生了解学习型社团特征,他们对社团的判断较为准确;第二,大多数学生对自我沟通能力的评价与自我效能感偏低,女生的沟通能力方面的自我效能感略低于男生;第三,大多数学生认为学习型社团能够促进沟通能力的养成,但有部分学生表现出易受暗示性。针对调查结果提出进行社团变革,营造积极正向文化氛围等解决方法。Based on the research of association members＇communication awareness, self-understanding and self-judgment, this paper is to learn the members＇ views on the learning associations＇ promotion to their communication skills. The results show that： only half of the students know the characteristics of the learning associations, and their judgments are reliable; most of the students＇ communication skills of self-evaluation and self-efficacy are quite low, and girls＇ are inferior to boys＇; What＇s more, the majority of students believe that learning associations can promote their communication skills, but some students seem susceptible to intimation. With the specific analysis, this paper suggests a revolution and some positive solutions to develop the learning associations in college.
