摘　　要：高等教育实现持续健康发展需要切实提高教学质量。如何改进教学质量监控体系,提高教学质量成为高校需要解决的重要问题。解决此问题的一个重要思路,是以利益相关者理论为视角,建立"责任共担"多元主体参与机制,构建"多方联动"的协同保障机制,营造良好的质量监控环境,充分发挥利益相关者的功能和作用。The continuous healthy development of higher education requires improving teaching quality. How to improve the teaching quality monitoring system and improve the teaching quality have become important issues to be solved for colleges and universities. The most important theory to solve the problem is based on the prospective of stakeholder theory, to establish multi - stakeholder participating mechanism and multi - linkage integrated coopera- tive security mechanism, to create good quality monitoring environment and make full use of the function of the stakeholders.
