摘 要:针对试验建模与机理建模方法的不足,对利用现场数据建立锅炉过热汽温的动态模型进行了研究,提出了一种基于Hammerstein模型的系统建模方法,并通过一组现场数据建立了过热器减温水流量扰动下的过热器Hammerstein模型,然后用另一组现场数据对所建立的模型进行了仿真试验,结果表明模型输出的变化与主蒸汽温度实际变化基本一致,模型能够反映过热器的动态特性。该建模方法精度高、通用性强,并且可以简化控制器的设计。In this paper, a new system modeling way in which the authors studied on the dynamic model of the super-heater steam temperature established by means of the field data was proposed on the base of Hammerstein model in order to cope with the deficiency both in the experimental and mechanism modeling. In addition, a Hammerstein model of super-heater steam temperature in the disturbance of super-heater spray flow was analyzed by the realization of a set of field data. The simulation results resulted from the model developed by another set of field data showed that there was an agreement between the variance of the model output and the actual variance of steam temperature; and the model was able to prove the dynamic properties of superheater. The conclusion can be made throughout the paper that the proposed model holds the advantages on the accuracy, universality and simplification of the controller design.
