女性教育特色课程建设刍议

摘　　要：我国女子高校普遍重视女性教育特色课程建设,通过女性教育特色课程传播了先进的社会性别文化,促进了女大学生的全面发展,并在彰显女校办学特色中发挥了重要作用。但女性教育特色课程的地位还需进一步提升,课程体系还需进一步完善,课程建设成效还需进一步提高。要从框架、内容和结构等多个方面研究女性教育特色课程体系的特点;进一步加强对女性教育特色课程的研究;把女性教育特色课程建设纳入学校课程建设规划之中;实行差别化策略,对女性教育特色课程进行重点建设;完善人才培养方案,确立女性教育特色课程的重要地位。Women＇s colleges universally attach great importance to featured courses on female education because they play a big role in running women＇ s colleges, including spreading advanced gender culture and improving female college students＇ all-round development. Therefore, we should further analyze the characteristics of the female education curriculum system and integrate the construction of featured courses on female education into the curriculum planning of women＇ s colleges in China. Meanwhile, we should also implement differentiation strategies, including paying more attention to courses on female education, optimizing personnel training schemes and ensuring that featured courses on female education have an important position in teaching.
