摘　　要：《伤寒论》的翻译对于中医的对外传播意义重大。由于《伤寒论》条文简约,又深奥难懂所以合适的翻译方法的选用显得尤为重要。文章从词法角度出发,选取了《伤寒论》英译中较为常用的增词译法、省词译法、具体译法和抽象译法,并以罗希文和黄海的译本为例证,探讨《伤寒论》翻译时的有效英译方法,旨在探索有效的中医典籍英译方法以应用于今后的实践中。The translation of treatise on febrile caused by cold is significant for the promotion of Chinese medicine. The treatise on febrile caused by cold is difficult to understand for its using of old medical Chinese which makes it translation more difficult. Therefore, the adoption of translation methods plays an important role in translation. This essay analyzes four translation methods which are adopted by two translation editions of treatise on febrile caused by cold on the purpose of finding effective translation methods which can be applied in Chinese medical book translation.
