摘　　要：介绍了学科建设对三级甲等医院发展的重要意义,通过制定适合医院自身发展特点的学科建设评价标准,利用评价标准对医院全部科室学科建设情况进行评价,同时对各科室实施分层管理、项目管理及动态管理,具体推动医院学科建设。The article describes the importance of the development of the medical disciplines construction in a tertiary hospital,formulate the evaluation criteria of the medical disciplines construction by their own development characteristics,using the evaluation criteria to evaluate all the departments of hospital,implementation of stratification management,project management,and dynamic management to promote hospital medical disciplines construction.
