摘  要:三笔字技能是小学教师的基本职业技能之一,高素质的小学教师除了具有广博的专业知识和传授知识的能力外,必须有很好的三笔字技能。目前师范院校初等教育专业学生的三笔字教学现状不容乐观,甚至有下滑趋势。为了解决这种现状,从内容体系、教学模式、教学方法、考核方案、激励措施等几个方面探究构建初等教育专业学生三笔字技能训练体系,培养学生过硬的三笔字技能。Three-word skill is one of the basic skills of primary school teachers. In addition to professional knowledge and teach- ing methods, primary school teachers should also have a very good three-word skill. Currently, three-word teaching in primary education major is not optimistic, even a downward trend. In or- der to address this situation, from teaching mode, teaching meth- ods and examination systems, this paper explores the training system of students' three-work skill, so as to develop students' excellent three-word skill.
