摘 要:民国乡村教育运动对农村教育有着深远的影响。以陶行知、晏阳初、梁漱溟等为领头人的爱国知识分子发起了乡村教育试验运动,他们抱定科学务实的态度,在进行广泛深入的社会调查基础上,以各自乡村教育理论指导实践,开展以乡村教育和乡村社会改造为主旨的"乡村教育运动"。反观这段乡村教育运动史,结合当前新农村教育建设活动,对特岗教师和大学生村官的启示为:常怀悯民救世之情,激发强烈社会责任感和时代使命感,扎根农村教育建设;立足农村,农化自己,在与农民相结合的征程上谱写三农建设新篇章;抱定科学务实的实践态度,统筹兼顾。协调发展,全面改造发展新农村。Rural Education Movement in the republic of China has far- reaching influence on rural education. Tao Xingzhi, Yan Yangehu and Liang Shuming, leaders of patriotic intellectuals,launched the na'al education experimental campaign. They clung to the scientific and prac- tical attitude to take the social investigation widely and used their own rural education theories to instruct practice and develop the "rural educa- tion movement", whose goals were nL,'al education and rural social reform. Reviewing the history of the rural education movement and the current new countryside education construction, there are some practical enlightenment and reference for teachers in special position and college - stu- dent village cardres in current China: haveing sympathies for people and the affection of saving the country,stimulating their strong sense of so- cial respamibilities and time mission and taking root in the countryside to cemtruct nn-al education;taking mot in countryside to assimilate one- self and combine with farmers to turn a new leaf of constructing "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" ;clinging to scientific and practical atti- tude to make unified planning with due consideration for all concerned and ensure their coordinated development and completely reconstruct and develop the new countryside.
