摘　　要：证券投资基金已在证券市场上扮演着日益重要的角色。随着基金品种的不断创新发行,投资的选择性增多。面对如此多风格的基金品种,如何准确评价基金的收益状况、风险水平、基金经理的投资管理能力,以吸引更多投资者投资本风格的基金,是基金管理者面临的重要课题。本文从马克思主义哲学的视角,探讨如何才能保持基金管理公司的持续竞争优势,提出信息萃取能力创新研究,据此从唯物辩证法视角提出了基金管理公司信息萃取能力创新模型的系统方法论。本文研究方法与视角对基金管理公司获取持续竞争优势具有重要的理论与现实意义。Securities investment funds are playing an important role in securities market.With the issue of fund products innovation,increased selectivity of investors.In the face of so many varieties of funds,how to evaluate the fund＇s return,risk level,the s investment management capabilities of fund manager,in order to attract more investors to invest in the style of the fund,which is an important issue faced by fund managers.This paper from the Marxist philosophy perspective,how to maintain the fund management company＇s sustainable competitive advantage,the innovation research on information extraction ability,put forward innovation model about information extraction ability of fund management company from the perspective of the system method.This paper research method has important theoretical and practical significance to obtain a competitive advantage for the fund management company.
